ASB New Beer Napoleons Grand Armee

Introducing our latest beer straight from the tank to tap, our Summer Berliner Weisse Napoleons Grand Armee.

This Berliner Weisse has all the characteristics of a traditional Kettle Sour. You can order it one of three ways. The classic as is for the heaviest of sour notes, or try it “MIT SCHUSS” with either Raspberry or Woodruff syrup.

A Berliner Weisse is a sour beer originating in Berlin, Germany. It is a light and refreshing beer that is typically low in alcohol content and highly carbonated. The beer is made using a combination of wheat and barley malt and is fermented with lactic acid bacteria, which gives it its distinctive sour taste. Berliner Weisse is often served with a shot of sweet syrup, such as raspberry or woodruff, to balance out the sourness. It is a popular summertime drink in Germany and has gained a following in other parts of the world.
